BRUTTIUM. Rhegion. Circa 215-150 BC. Tetrachalkon (Bronze, 17 mm, 3.62 g, 12 h). Jugate busts of the Dioskouroi to right, both wearing a laureate pilos; above, two stars; to left, spearhead. Rev. PHΓINΩN Asklepios standing front, head to left, holding branch and bird in his right hand and scepter in his left; to left, IIII (mark of value). HGC 1, 1719. HN Italy 2559. SNG ANS 778. The reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, very fine.
